Do people really change? In the novel Lord of The Flies by William Golding, the readers are given a taste of how a group of kids are put up to s problem a kid should not go through. They are crashed onto an island with no adults, and forced to live and survive. Problems start to rise and they are forced to chose either to be saved or stay and have fun. In the novel the reader is presented an idea that fear isn't an object but ultimately ourselves. Lord of The Flies really brings out the problems humans face in the real world.

As time grows older, leadership is something that doesn't come out of nowhere, but something people use in moments of need. In the novel, Ralph the leader has been the main motivator for the kids but falls apart throughout

This beast motivated them to do things they didn't like or to do things against each other. The kids weren't necessarily scared of the beast but the thought of not being brave. It's always the competition in life and no matter the situation there is always the thought of that. When this is compared to the real world it's not the thought of failing something but it's the thought of can I beat so and so are will so and so beat me. Another example is that people aren't afraid of death itself, but the thought of who might get hurt or what hasn't been completed in their life. The ocean surrounding them gives them fear of that they no be saved or is there anybody out there. Jack one of the main characters does not let him have fear but that no one can bother him or his supporters on this island and that adults can’t do anything about it.

The novel Lord of The Flies is still very relevant to the story because the novel really shines on our problems as a person. An presidential election just occurred and many people were in fear of Donald Trump as the new president, and this fear will chase us until the people see that it's important to see more of the person then what we've been
