David's grandmother suspects that he is seeing his father because he has gone out often. Then, Betsy gets a speeding ticket while she is in Mr. Griffin's car.
People want to be in a group to help each other out and get things done faster. I don't want to be in a group that will involve stealing or committing a crime. People also want to become in a group so they can share ideas with each other. I would draw the line when the group says “In order to join our group you must rob a bank”. I would also draw the line if the group bullies me.
