Andrew in the book ”Fly Away Home” by Eve Bunting has a very hard life. Andrew lives in and airport lost his mother and to young for school. Andrew may have a lot to you but he really does not. Andrew is a very lonely person. Also, he compares his life to others ant that makes him even sadder inside. Living in an airport makes him have a lot of feelings and emotions.
Andrew has a very hard life because he is very lonely. You tell that he is lonely when he says “ Why do you have homes and we don't.” I can see what the story is trying to put across that he is sad and lonely. He has very sad feelings as well “ Everyone going somewhere but me and dad” I can tell when he is getting that be cause his life is so hard as well as he is very sad and lonely. “Dad and I we don’t talk to people” he saying that because if he would get caught he would be kicked out of the airport. Andrew is very lonely as well because he does not live in a neighborhood to have those friends and he is not old enough to go to school. Only having your dad to love will make your life really hard.

When he talks about getting noticed like “not to be noticed is to look like nobody” and “dad and I try not to get noticed.” You can tell that he wants to be noticed but he knows he can't. When these people get noticed and talk to people he wants to talk and tell people all of his stories and tell jokes. When he says “sometimes I watch people meet people” you can tell that when he wants to chime in he can’t at all because he would get caught .
