This book is mainly about Ponyboy Curtis who is the youngest of the member of the Greasers and always hang around his brother Sodapop and doesn’t believe his oldest brother Darry cares for him.
One thing the book talks about is keeping childhood innocence. Mostly through the characters of the story the novel also shows how easily experience can change people and cause them to lose their youthful traits.
