Texas states attorney general 1891-95; Governor of Texas, 1895-99; U.S. Senator from Texas, 1899-1923. Died March 18, 1925. Interment at East Oakwood Cemetery, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
Charles Allen Culberson was born on June 10, 1855 at Dadeville in Alabama. Charles Culberson his parents’ names David and Eugenia, they bought their family relatives of the state of Texas in the 1856 to settle their family in Jefferson, near the Louisiana line. Charles Culberson father David was a distinguished Lawyer and also a politician but after just serving the confederate army and during the civil war then he was elected to be the U.S. Congress that’s where he then severed almost about twenty-two years. Also then he retired, as well the president MC-Kindley who tries to encourage him to codify the statues of the United States.
“Charley” is known as his popularly nickname, when Charles grew up in the East of Texas he was attending college name Virginia Military Institute and Law of University of Virginia.
