Charles Duhigg’s “The Power of Habit” consists of the captivating argument: The key to things such as losing weight, exercising regularly, increasing productivity, building effective companies, creating social movements, and achieving success is to understand how habits work. The book takes a look at some of the most successful companies and people in America to find that a major underlying factor of their success is based on them transforming habits. The book is split into 3 parts; The habits of individuals, the habits of successful organizations, and the habits of societies. All 3 parts are based off of the same main idea. “The habit loop is a three-part process.
