Hello, I am Chelsea Wilson’s sister. I am here to tell you the story of my older sister, and how one choice made her lose so much. It was the day of Prom, May 30,2012, and my sister went to go see her boyfriend, Jay Woods, to take pictures at a local park before prom. She also met up with a couple of friends, Bec and Will, at a restaurant to eat before they arrived at prom. She told me about how she was thinking about how our parents did not like Bec and Will, because they were too disengaged and did not care for rules. This is why our parents discommend them. After Prom Jay and Chelsea adjudicated that they would go to the after-prom party. This is where the start of her bad decisions happened.
When they arrived they were all ready people playing pool, dancing, and playing pool. They had heard that Charlie had brought/bought alcohol. Jay didn’t really want to drink, because he needed a football scholarship. He got drunk anyway after everyone was persuading him. Chelsea was persuaded by Bec to drink a beer. Chelsea ended up drinking the beer which turned…show more content… Will had seven shots of alcohol and a couple of beers. Jay was talking about how he hoped no one made any videos, so that they wouldn’t see him intoxicated, He was talking about this, because he was scared he would potentially lose his scholarship. Chelsea got distracted while they was talking. Chelsea ran the stop sign and was hit on the passenger side by a nearby car. The car slammed into hers with so much force, that it made her car flip over once. Chelsea survived, but Bec, Will, and Jay were not so fortunate. Bec, Will, and Jay all died from the car accident. The people in the other car, was a mother and her little girl. They also suffered a fatality. The little girl had also died from the accident. She left a heartbroken, and mourning mother behind.
