The appeal of hiring those close to you when starting a business is tremendously tempting, especially if you can help a fellow Christian. The arguments made by Charlotta in her synopsis that Shania should hire both Kelsey and Carlos is generous and derived from much thoughtful deliberation. However, I respectfully disagree that one should hire those who have simply shown interest in a new business idea. Being a leader of a new business means making tough and steadfast decisions.
