Cheerleading Speeches

People do not realize how much time and energy goes into Cheerleading, so I’m here to fill everyone in. Sure we don’t score points but we do so much more. Our season starts the end of April and ends usually the end of November, first of December. We come together every day (yes all summer long) for about 2 hours a day to learn Cheers, Cadences and Dances. This is just to get us started ready for the first game. Meanwhile we are having to sell Paw Prints and repaint all of them, with the businesses name and number. This year I wanted to include the names of the senior soccer, band and flag corp., not just Football and Cheerleading seeing how we all use the same field. Being Captain Made me realize how much more there is to do than just Dance
