I think the creative effort by Chick-fil-A to establish a quiet and family friendly environment is commendable. By creating a “cell phone free” restaurant, the customers could enjoy their meals without the interruption of annoying loud cell phone talkers. Families eating there could engage in a meaningful conversation vice text or talking. The challenge offered by Chick-fil-A is easy to accomplish, but the real benefit is the customer satisfaction.
