Ruth Hernandez is thankful to all who took time to read her book. As she looks back at all the memories made this year, she is deeply thankful to have been part of the Genre Studies class this year. Ruth had hard and joyful times during the year. With the help of God, she kept working and remained perseverant. Ruth learned a lot this year like how to write a research paper and improved on writing ACE paragraphs. Learning about different cultures and world views was one of her favorite units this year. One of her favorite memories was when Mrs. Ricobaldi taught the class in a burqa. Ruth wants to keep working, learning, and growing as she goes on into the next years.
