Do you know how being obese and being overweight differ? Being obese means that a child’s BMI is at the 95th percentile or greater. Being overweight means that a child’s BMI is at the 85th percentile or above and below the 95th percentile. Many people have written articles about childhood obesity. There are articles all over the internet and it is majorly discussed on talk shows. Michelle Obama is working hard to stop childhood obesity in America.
