Chili’s was one of my favorite place to go however, the last two time at this same location the service has been horrible. From the sloppy food served to the rude waitress. Communication is lacking and the food portion was off. For example, the steak fajita was three pieces of chewing steak with at least a cup full of soggy onions. The flour tortilla all three were stuck together that when you try to take apart, it was difficult and would break. Sad! This company used to be so much better. I thought I just brought it to your attention before more customer decided to go elsewhere for their dining. I for one I’m glad the Seminole Mall are having several dining opening up for my dining, Chipotle will be my choice from now on. Heck even Panera
