In the story, Christmas carol, Ebenezer scrooge is visited by the spirits of Christmas past, present, and future an Christmas eve. Each spirit leads scrooge to view one of three different times of his life in order to teach him a lesson. The spirits are determined to convinced scrooge to start being more compassionate and less miserly. Which spirit's do you think had the greatest impact on scrooge.

In the story the Christmas carol I think that all three ghost have a really good effect on scrooge but if I had to choose between all three of them I would have to choose the ghost of Christmas future. Because before the ghost ever talked to scrooge he was very hate full and mean. He always told the kids to go away and was very mean to them.

The fist ghost was the ghost of Christmas past. This ghost showed him pictures of when he was a little boy and when he was happy. He showed him memories of him and his sister playing. This shows him that it is possible for him to be that way again. This spirit also shows him how important it is to be kind because of the impacts that has on others. The ghost of Christmas present showed him pictures of when he was a little older and when he was starting to get mean and cruel. The ghost showed him scenes of when he was in love. the spirit shows him that he is now something of a tyrant and that his behavior makes problems for other people. It also shows him that people can be happy without having as much money as Scrooge wants to have. The ghost of Christmas future was the one that influenced him the most in my opinion. The reason I think this is because the ghost of Christmas future showed him scene of what would happen to him if he did not act, better and show more compassion. He also shows Scrooge all the non-blessings his choices have allotted him upon his death. He is not missed nor mourned by others. Instead, they express relief and joy at his death. He died alone and miserable. In contrast is Tiny Tim's death. The boy is missed and longed for by his family. Scrooge learns that if he does not change he will be the miserable man in the casket who no one loves or cares
