1) Christopher Columbus: Columbus was born in 1451 son of wool merchant. During 15th and 16th centuries European nations started Age of Discovery for great wealth and undiscovered lands. At the end of 15th centuries it was impossible to reach Asia from Europe by land because route was long and dangerous. Columbus decided why not sail west across the Atlantic instead of around the Africa. Captain Thomas Preston put his man in front of his building to protect it, however because of fight one of his soldier was knocked out and in return British soldiers fired into people in public which killed five people. As a result, there was confusion and panic between local residence and leaders which turned in “Boston Massacre”. In the early 1750, when France expanded the Ohio river it brought conflict with it. When French defeated Braddock, Braddock’s successor, George Washington, and Governor Shirley, Shirley started fearing that French settlers would side with France military. But this changed when William Pitt became new leader in 1757 he saw colonial conflicts so he borrowed money to finance war, he paid Prussia to fight in Europe. For the first time in July 1758 British won their first victory in Louisburg. After that they started winning in Quebec, and Plains of Abraham. Then French lost their holding in Canada too, after that Spain joined France, so now British had to focused on French and Spanish territories.
