Stress can be good and bad on the human brain, body, and the immune system. Many studies show different results about stress affecting a human’s brain, body, and the immune system. There are also all different ways to become stressed and also different kinds of stress between children and adults. Children can be affected by stress in different ways than an adult can. Stress should be treated before it turns into chronic stress because chronic stress can be harmful to the body. Stress is a big part in human life, causing your body to take it negative or positive. It is not easy trying to control your stress but there are some ways to do it. First of all, hypertension is deadly, and you want to avoid it as much as possible(Linden, Spence, Barnett, Ramsden, Taenzer, 1999). The reason hypertension is common with stress is because when stressed blood pressure rises(Linden, Spence, Barnett, Ramsden, Taenzer, 1999). Hypertension is more critical in adults under chronic stress. It is not proven that stress management will save a life, there is just not enough evidence(Linden, Spence, Barnett, Ramsden, Taenzer, 1999). If stress is uncontrollable then there are medications to help with it. Staying relaxed at all times will help the body recover from stress. Meditation and relaxation therapy are excellent to manage one’s stress(Linden, Spence, Barnett, Ramsden, Taenzer, 1999). Keeping the needs met of a patient can easily help them in the long run(Linden, Spence, Barnett, Ramsden, Taenzer, 1999). It is best to stay away from drug therapy and take the more natural route(Linden, Spence, Barnett, Ramsden, Taenzer, 1999). Exercise is a great way to get rid of stress(Stults-Kolehmainen, M., & Sinha, R 2014). Exercising can be relaxing if doing it until you are
