In some countries government’s do not allow the people to riot, if so their life may be threatened. They set these laws because they are afraid of change and progress. Through disobedience we can start a chain reaction for the greater good that can lead to social progress or advancement in studies.
Through disobedience comes strength and dignity. Past role models had to fight against the laws to demonstrate inequality of female rights. Susan B. Anthony was a women’s suffrage activist; she believed that women were equal to men. She led protests in many states and even to the white house, yet she failed to get the presidents attention. Because the government would not respond, she decided to vote, which was prohibited and was later arrested.
