St. Louis, Missouri is between the humid continental climate type and the humid subtropical climate type and the city has hot, humid summers and cold winters. The latitude plays a huge role because it has a subtropical climate. It has cold Arctic air and hot, humid tropical air from the Gulf of Mexico. It lacks a mountainous region so it does not have moderate climatic condition.
Singapore is pretty close to the equator and Ocean and so it has a tropical rainforest climate. Its climate generally doesn’t have distinctive seasons, uniform temperature and pressure, high humidity, and abundant rainfall.
