Clover Health is an up and coming health insurer and uses preventative care and data analysis to offer a cheaper alternative to Medicare private versions, as well as enhance health care for the elderly. It boasts of using technology that can recognize the time patients need intervention and medical treatment in order to save money for both insurer and policyholder. Moreover, Clover Health is for policyholders insured by Medicare Advantage and allowed by the Federal government to have private insurers oversee the coverage. The Federal government finances the premium and pays for the claims.
