There are many risks with co sleeping I personally would not encourage any parent to co sleep with their baby because I am not a fan. However, I strongly believe it is a personal decision based on the parent’s situation. As a mother of two, I see how important it is to make arrangement for the family to get some good night sleep. With two previous cesarean it was not easy getting up often at night especially during the first four months my son awaken more often with a shorter feeding time. I thank God I had lots of help and support from my family. Even with the help and support I find myself in two to three extremely tired, exhausted, sleepnes night co sleep with my baby.
