Colin Powell
Colin Powell is a very important man in our country.He was best known for being a four star general in the U.S army and serving his country.Colin Powell always had this very special quotation in his mind which was “what I really wanted was to do the best I could every single day”.He always thought of that to give him the courage to succeed.
Colin Powell was born in New York City in 1937,his parents moved to Jamaica.His parents always thought good of him,like him always working hard.Powell attended city college of New York,also during that time he joined the Reserve Officers Training Corps [ROTC].Before long her earned the rank of a commander of his ROTC unit.He graduated from the Corps as a cadet colonel [the highest rank].After college he joined the U.S army as a second lieutenant.After all of
