I am not boring. Just a heads up. I find that I’m not usually friends with boring people either - I had one of my good friends tell me, “You’re only friends with interesting people.” And it’s true - I love to hear little stories from people’s lives - the ones that make you laugh every time you hear it. I’m also very religious, and volunteer all the time with my youth group for silver cord, a volunteer group, hours. I really have no idea what I want to be when I graduate, although I believe being an editor or publisher would be very interesting - I love books! I really do think a new candle scent needs to be made; one that smells like a new, unopened book. Working in Barnes and Noble, reading all sorts of books and sorting them into genres would be one of my dream jobs, although that may sound odd to you (however, when I was really young, I thought there were only three jobs in the whole world you could do - the police, the firefighters, and …show more content…
I’m a very athletic girl, and I’ll go for a run rather than go to the mall any day of the week. In addition to that, I tend to do a lot of different sports. I’ve been doing softball and soccer, since I was about six years old, but don’t make me pick favorites between those and track and cross country; you can ask anyone - I love to run. However, this year I dropped track so I wouldn’t have to “dual sport” with soccer, and I hated the way soccer was coached. Next year, I’ll be doing track instead of soccer. The same thing occurred with band. I’d been taking piano lessons in town since I was seven, and recently started playing clarinet for the school band in fifth grade. I hated the way the school band was managed, along with the overwhelming time expectations, so I dropped it after first semester and focused on piano, later joining the community band as a clarinet. I really enjoy music, and will soon be playing piano for my church choir…but I still think a run sounds more
