Learning at college takes a lot of practice and motivation. One cannot simply walk into college and succeed without learning a great deal. Students hope to pass tests, but often they forget to learn. Students learn very little when their goals are only to pass the tests. Learning and Transition helped me realize that college is a learning experience that I will recall well into my old age. I need to focus on learning now so I can reap the benefits of passing my tests later. Good grades comes with the motivation to listen in class and get better grades. Learning and Transition gave me a set of tools to help me to better myself in college. The tools happened to be mentally preparing me for the challenges ahead. I live my life according to a routine that keeps me from branching out and becoming a better person in college. My habits are my well-planned activities that I do every day. I live my life according to the movie, “The curious case of Benjamin Button”. I do my best to never change from the way my life is at the current moment. To become a better college student, I need to be more spontaneous in my academic and social habits. To be good in the classroom, I must be a diligent student. I will have to be the student that gets all his work finished early. Being timely on all my assignments is the way to getting good grades and eventually a degree. College is a time that we have to take the initiative in getting all our work done. We don’t have anyone to push us to finish our work.
