This week I only went to my internship once this week, because of Columbus Day holiday. On Wednesday, I spent my time observing and interacting with all the children. The children were interacting with teachers as well as interacting with each other. The children were beginning to communicate with each other using simplified language which was a big milestone in their development. Today I was in charge in making a card for the one little girl I work one on one with and her sister, because the little girl has been out of school due to her sister's illness. At the end of the day I was helping out in the office. Filing, sending out mail, and cleaning the battel kits, while everyone else was in a meeting for the rest of the day.
