Cyntoia’s Story is another story about sexual, and prostitution of teenager in United States. As we know, teenager can enter prostitution easily if they are not protected by family. They can get in by enticed or voluntary because of family’s problem. Their life is going to the dark. Some people can escape and try to build the new life. There are also some people will do it for the rest of their life. With Cyntoia, she ends up in jail because what happen to her while doing her “job” which I think it just an accident. Cyntoria is the 16 years old girl. Her life has gone through many bad things. She was born when her mom was the teenager. Her mom unable to raise her, therefore, her mom sent her to another family to adopt her. People around usually hit her and other type of abuse without reason. That creates the image in her mind. She always thinks people would go to hurt her in any situation. When she with the victim, she thinks he going to get the gun and kill her when she sees him try to reach something. Actually, we do not know what he tries to do. He may be just tries to reach something, or he actually tries to reach the gun. If he actually tries to get the gun, then she kills him just for self-defense. However, we do not know. People believe Cyntoria have personality disorder. Many people hit her and when she sees the man, she thinks he going to hurt her too. That’s why she shoots him. Her personality disorder also comes from her family genetic. Her biological family has three generation faces with sexual abuse, and few members of her family defense by shotgun. Her grandma has baby by sexual abuse. Her mom has her when she just a teenager because of sexual abuse also. Finally, Cyntoria follows grandmother, and her mother. Her mom cannot take care of her because she was so young. Now, Cyntoria commit the crime, her mother feel this is her false. If she raises her daughter well, then her daughter will not sell her
