The degree offerings are alike at Indiana University and The Ohio State University, but there are differences between the colleges. One difference between the two colleges is the number of academic programs offered. IU offers more than 550 academic programs (Indiana University Bloomington). Ohio State offers more than 200 majors (The Ohio State University). A similarity between the two could have to do with the types of degrees offered. Indiana offers certificate, associate, bachelor's, master’s, and doctoral degrees (“Indiana University Bloomington”; Big Future). OSU offers certificate, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees (“Ohio State University: Columbus Campus”; Big Future). Overall, Indiana University has more degree offerings and a variety than The Ohio State University.
The clubs and organizations offered at the two colleges are similar, but they both consist of some activities that the other doesn’t have. The amount of organizations that each campus offers is different.
