The Constitution and Articles of confederation differ in many ways. They were both meant to strengthen the government but the Constitution was better thought out and made more sense. The Constitution was a better form of government, while the Articles of Confederation were not fixable, and also there were many advantages and disadvantages.

The constitution is a better form of government because it gave us a system of courts. The Articles established a league of friendship among the states but it did not help make a political union. In the Articles of confederation the states ran themselves where as in the Constitution there were state representatives but it was more centralized as one.
