The Great Gatsby is a story based in the roaring twenties during prohibition about the American Dream. It has many dilemmas throughout the story. The 2000 film adaptation with Paul Rudd as Nick, 2013 film adaptation with Leonardo DiCaprio as Gatsby, and the book written by F. Scott Fitzgerald all have many alike and unlike aspects.

Both of the movie settings were very true to the book. The settings were a major aspect in the novel. The main plots from the movie adaptations and the book were all in Nick’s House, Gatsby’s House, Daisy and Tom’s House, New York, Plaza Hotel, or near Wilson’s House.
