In Brave New World and in Gattaca the main characters John that savage and Vincent are similar in that they both do not fully fit into their society. John was naturally born but his DNA was still modified because his parents had modified DNA. John was raised where no one had modified DNA and did not fit in. Later he got the opportunity to go to the Brave New World where everyone was made in test tube and took somo. Once John was at the Brave New World it did not take him long to realize he does not fit in there to. Vincent lives in a world where everyone that succeeds in life has modified DNA and because he does not have modified DNA he is told he can not do what people with modified DNA can do. That is why Vincent had to do so many things
