The 1980 Olympic hockey team in the movie,“Miracle”, is a little different than the one in the book, “The Boys of Winter”. The second comparison is the author’s and director’s style or purpose of the book and movie. In the film, the director’s purpose of the movie is to connect with an audience and to entertain them. The movie showed a lot of relationships between people. Most of the time, when you get to know someone better, you learn like them.
