Romeo and Juliet, and Pyramus and Thisbe are the same and different by their character, conflict, plot. William Shakespeare was inspired by Paramus and Thisbe to make Romeo and Juliet. The creator of Pyramus and Thisbe is Ovid in Metamorphoses. Romeo and Juliet has some foreshadowing of what’s going to happen to them or someone else Pyramus and Thisbe has no foreshadowing. Shakespeare put a lot of rhyming and a lot of figurative language in his play and story. Pyramus and Thisbe also has figurative language but not a lot. They both have the same plot and ending also the background.
Romeo and Juliet families hate each other doesn’t mean their kids must. They fell in love when met each other in a party by the Capulets. They had an idea to keep it a secret from their families or anyone else for safety. But the ending was tragic for both families and someone who tried to help them out. Pyramus and Thisbe lived by each other, which made them neighbors and their parents hated each other. The fell in love and that’s when they started changing. Romeo started keeping secrets and more cautions everywhere he went. He started sneaking off to see Juliet and becomes stronger inside of himself. Juliet wasn’t a very talkative person and she wasn’t shy or nervous in the beginning. When she met Romeo she started changing, she became more trustworthy to Romeo and was willing to shut out nurse when she started saying negative things about Romeo. Pyramus was in love in the beginning with Thisbe and became scared, so he died by his dagger. Thisbe was the same thing as Pyramus and became emotional and killed herself at the end of what happened to
