There are many ways in which you can see the differences between “The Diary of Anne Frank” and “Freedom Writers”. For example, Anne and Eva chose to overcome their difficulties in completely different ways. The way Anne ended up dealing with her difficulty of living through the holocaust was by hiding from those who may threaten or harm her life and to do so, her and her family had to be isolated within the secret annex (The Diary of Anne Frank). Alternatively, Eva deals with the threats against her life by fighting against them in ways such as joining a gang and having to physically endure against the violence forced upon her (Freedom Writers). Also, in contrast to each other is that while Eva wasn’t focused on giving people what they wanted
