The world has many different human beings. Some talk in spanish, english, and other languages such as french. We all have our own vocabulary. Even in communities or societies they may have their own way of saying things. Just like in the book “The Giver”, their community has a lot of different words that they say different from the everyday people. Some words they use are stirrings, tellings and Ceremony of Loss. Notice how Ceremony is capitalized, that is another thing they do different from the everyday people. It’s capitalized because it’s a place. These words seem like older words or non-harsh words. These words are more laid back than the exact word that may seem a little frightening.
