One problem I’ve found in my research is that I’ve had trouble finding information on women of color and their pay gap in comparison to white women and men of all races. Although this journal article does not incorporate intersectionality, it has valuable information on why there is a pay gap and some good rates, even if they are from the 1970s. The differences in pay, as stated by the author, is that white-black and male-female pay gaps are major contributions to the unequal distribution of money and income in the US, which he delves deeper into when talking about disadvantages and advantages.
