Writing all this and I still haven’t talked about a huge aspect of Tang Soo Do, the physical part. Right now, I do two other sports, cheerleading and air rifle, both of which require strength. Conditioning we have done in Tang Soo Do has helped a lot for cheer, and vise versa. Both sports have very tough conditioning. Doing back tucks in cheer have exercised my abs a lot, resulting in me being fast in sit ups and in one of the past black belt special trainings at Aim High, I did 10 minutes straight of sit ups. All the running and conditioning focused on pushups we have done has helped me in cheer, building my stamina for routines, where, even though they’re only two and a half minutes, require a lot of stamina for stunts, tumbling, jumps, and
