I really liked how group three’s PowerPoint looked. I thought it was very different compared to group one and two. I was interested in learning more about the madrigal and was glad that group three was able to describe it quiet well. It was interesting to learn that poetry played a large role in the formation of a madrigal and that the songs could be homophonic or polyphonic in texture. I t was also interesting to learn that in England that they had a school that was established to advance this musical style.
