I used the Comprehensive Conflict Coach Model (CCCM) throughout a constructionist introduction to orientate my client Jane to analyze, manage, or resolve her conflict in a pleasant manner. According to the theoretical aspect of Folger and Jones (1994, p. ix), “central to a communication perspective is the realization that conflict is a socially created and communication managed reality occurring within a social-historical context”. In this case, the social interaction is an influential factor. Both parties – Jane and Richard- constructed their reality based on what they had learned and will act accordingly.
