I selected Concordia University because of the online master's degree program; the educational leadership program will prepare me to lead my own school. The M.S. in Educational Leadership will prepare me for a career as a principal, vice principal, or assistant principal. As a Graduate of this program I believe that I will become highly effective, instruction-based principals.
A challenge that I must overcome would be time management. I am determine to create a schedule, which will have a pace that will allow me to achieve my personal goals. An online degree program such as this is flexible and will put my personal goal at the center of my education. I’m have the ability to choose when and where to complete my coursework. My program will be flexible enough to fit into my schedule, not the other way around.

Concordia's accelerated program and its consecutive five-week classes is difficult, but workable. I selected Concordia University because I can get the program done in one year and the master’s programs is online learning.
