Manage those in a workplace environments, may spend most of their time addressing

employer and co-worker conflict. Conflict may significantly affect employer, co-worker

morale. A clearly understanding of factors that conflict resolution could lead to the

promotion of better management strategies, the desire of this research was to identify

the main the main conflict resolution styles in two setting academic vs pharmacy, Ref:

(contemporary nurse (2012) 43 (11):73-80). Within each of this environments, at one

one of three levels: Pharmacy assistant, pharmacy technician and the supervisor.

Forcing and withdraw appears to increase conflict with functional support departments,

while confrontation compromise and tend to reduce conflict.( Ref: project managements 2004)

I have different experiences of dealing with these kinds of people, where I find myself

frustrated to the point losing my temper.

My personal experience is that when such situation arrive, I go straight to my supervisor

to discuss the situation, I think It difficult -to-work with selfish people, their world view is

inconsiderate of other perspective of reality. I guess In nursing there crises that demand a

repertoire techniques and skills in dealing with them. Some place the manager force people

to act how to see a situation, they may respond repulsively, showing disapproval because

they feel they are not involved in a decision (Ref: 44 April 2012)

When my manager decide to confront difficult disrespectful between us, who simply wish

disregard the good principle, there are people who believe that confrontation is not

a useful approach to conflict resolution, I support the view that when my manager handled

with such difficult people in that place, he must never hesitate to openly challenge us for

the purpose of resolving the conflict confrontation works for people who value
