Actions. Consequence. Every action has a consequence, whether it's bad or good,direct or indirect, there is always an after effect. In the book Whirligig by Paul Fleischman, Brent makes a poor choice and has to deal with the consequences for his actions. The book is related to the ripple effect, like how Brent chose to drink and drive. The one action, that one drop of water created a big ripple, leading up to Leas death and placing the Whirligigs across the nation. Brent had an influence and impact on the lives of many, even people he has never met.
