Subject: Continuing Training of Best Case Bankruptcy Computer Program
Here is the report on the benefits of continuing training via webinar for our office Best Case bankruptcy computer program.
Based on the research conducted in the office we are not utilizing all available time saving methods in the Best Case bankruptcy computer program that can increase our productivity tremendously. Bankruptcy staff has gone on using the program daily based on what they have learned on their own. Bankruptcy cases make up about 30 percent on the offices revenues, yet we are losing valuable time because we don’t know how to use the program effectively.
The solution to the problem is clear. We need to continue learning for this computer program to get the full benefits. In order to do this our office needs to take into account the benefits of paying for our office to do a webinar session. Webinar session for the Best Case would allow us to learn how to properly use the computer program.
The bankruptcy staff has shown willingness to participate if such learning becomes available to our office. Yes, the webinars will need to take place in the office and will take place during office hours, but training can be scheduled to take place during slower days in order to avoid disruption to regular work days.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to present this proposal to you. If you have any questions about the report, please give me a call.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report introduces the benefits of continuing training via webinar for the Best Case computer program.
Ineffective Use of Time Due to Lack of Training
Filing bankruptcy cases is a time consuming process in our office. Given the rise of numerous foreclosures and emergency filings our office handles monthly we have been forced to put non-emergency files on hold to deal with these emergencies. Our biggest problem is not having properly trained staff to make the most of the most recent updates Best Case has to offer. Lack of training and knowledge of these new features is costing the firm money.
Given that bankruptcy filing are a large percentage of services provide here it is essential to get training. Although our office is conveniently location near both the District and Circuit courts in Montgomery County, we are located approximately 45 minutes from our regions Federal Bankruptcy Court. We are able to have certain bankruptcy notices and motions filed in the nearby courts, but many of the forms are now accepted electronically. Best Case has features that are updated periodically with current federal bankruptcy forms. Unfortunately, our office staff is not trained on how to access and use these forms.
Training via Webinar is Easily Available
Fortunately, the Law Offices of Richard B. Rosenblatt has the opportunity to provide training for the Best Case bankruptcy computer program. A practical use of webinar training can help train our staff in these new features. The efficiently the program can be used, would result in less wasted time. Less wasted time results in faster filing, increase in case turnover, and client satisfaction. Webinars can take place in our own office at any time without the need of having a majority of the staff traveling or being out for the day. It’s resourceful and time saving.
Overall Productivity Increase iv With training our staff can increase the number of cases filed monthly. The office revenue
