I had a conversation with my manager regarding a co- worker. I have talked to him several different times regarding this co- worker. The co- worker gets paid the same as I and has the same amount of hours daily as I. My concern is that I am busting my tail off and he just gets to come in and not have to do his job but can prop up on the walls the whole shift and getting paid to do it. I have contacted my manager several times on this matter and all he tells me is to stop pointing fingers and do my job. I do, do my job but it isnt fair to me our my other co- workers. The other co- workers have also contacted the manager about the same co- worker and still nothing has happened. I told my manager that he has his picks and that we were just wasting our breathe. It isnt fair that we have to pick up this co- workers slack everyday. We have 5 people that clean in this school and the co- worker only has to clean the gym and we have the rest of the school to do while he just walks around doing nothing. The manager has told this co- worker several times to help out the other co- workers but still isnt doing what he has been told. We have contacted the manager time after time. Nothing still hasnt changed he never gets in trouble for doing nothing. We wouldnt talk to the manager if the co- worker was doing his part but isnt. There was one day that everyone got into trouble except him of course, we had to stay over and do his job but he didnt have to stay nor did he get into
