Professor Riley, this class has improved my writing tremendously as well as my confidence in writing. In my Rhetorical Analysis paper “Coretta Scott King’s Eulogy”, I made many revisions that helped my paper flow easier. First, I realized that Coretta and Maya are not actually sisters but instead very close friends, which is why they call each other sisters. Next, I read through my paper again to find any bumpy phrases that stopped the paper from flowing easily. I found that I over write and over complicate my writing. I was able to delete many unnecessary phrases, while still able to keep the meaning of the sentence. Finally, I also had a bit of trouble with my APA format such as the running head.
