The following case took place on May 31st,2018 regarding a provincial offence in court room 320 of the John Sopinka Courthouse in the city of Hamilton.

R.Holly was accused of disobeying Section 136 , which is subsection 2 of the Highway Traffic Act failure to stop for a stop sign.The case started off with the Justice of the Peace,calling Holly onto the stand to testify while he cross examined her.The prosecutor Stacey Stanley questioned his testimony and ask him questions about her case.They had to solve whether Holly had or didn’t ran a stop sign.

According to Holly, in the beginning of May around 8:50 PM on Barton Street, she made a stop on Barton and Crooks, and as she made a right after her alleged stop, she was pulled over by a police officer on Cannon Street.The officer had pulled her over for the failure to stop at a stop sign.Holly denied these accusations and tried to provide pictures of the streets as proof for evidence for the court.The pictures displayed the streets such as Barton and Cannon Street to show
