You’re Next
6: 30 P.M. As Patrick watched the news, he knew the chances of his mother letting him go out to a party in the woods, where a girl was murdered, were slim. He called Jack, his closest friend since first grade.
“Bro, how do I make her let me go, Alexis is gonna be there and you know what we did after Snow Coming, imagine what she’ll do when she's drunk” Patrick said laughing.

For a second Patrick felt numb, he couldn't move, but then when he thought about what the thing behind him and on the phone had done to Jack, he turned around and started to run towards the road where his car was. As Patrick ran, he was hearing whispers echoing around him. They were saying:
“Why would you do that, Patrick?” in Jenna’s voice. Then there was an new voice, but Patrick recognised this voice, it was the same voice that was on the phone and it was repeating:
“You can hide, but you can't hide your lies”
“Stop! Stop!” he yelled, but it was no use they were still going each time getting louder and louder, until Patrick finally reached his car and got in. As the doors closed he couldn’t hear anything. It was dead silent.
7:59 P.M.
Some minutes had passed and Patrick was still shaken from what he had seen. He thought he was safe, but just as he tried to go on his phone to call the police, he felt the same warm breath on his neck just as he did in the woods. He slowly turned around, only to see a pale girl, wearing a torn up, dirty, white dress. Her face was covered with her shiny, thick, long, black hair.
“ Who are you?” Patrick asked with a pending fear in his voice.
The girl got closer and closer and said:
“You’re next”
