The criminal justice system is working but there are some situations that shows it needs some changes. Certain things are happening in the world in which would cause the criminal justice system to change. Specifically instances in which reports like crime rates and statistics proves that there needs to be a difference in the criminal justice system

I would make stricter gun laws and come up with harsher punishment for those who violate the laws. I would come up with equal gun laws for people who wish to carry a gun legally. I will come up with a more longer sentencing for people caught with illegally possessing a gun or those who commit crimes with guns.

I would explain how it is important to remain neutral because statistics are only an estimate of what information is collected. Assuming that they are right, yes it does justify continuing the use of proponents of torture (aggressive interrogation) because it saves lives and shortens conflict.

Age 18 is the right age to cut off for access to the juvenile court because it is an age when someone is old enough to legally buy tobacco products. There is not a better way than the age eighteen to determine when an offender graduates out of the jurisdiction of the juvenile court.

If the juvenile offender cooperates with the consequences and requirements of the court and shows that they are aware of what they did and shows regret for doing it then that is the most important factor in determining whether a juvenile offender has grown out of criminal behavior and won’t continue committing crimes.

Corporal punishment is not okay because it’s just like saying "an eye for an eye" and its saying because someone committed a crime like murder that person deserves to die. It’s not right and never okay to induce physical pain on
