This video was exceptionally enlightening and educational. I never heard of Critical Race Theory until I watched the video. African Americans struggle with racism is as old as the nation. One of the tenets that have existed for centuries is permanence of racism. In my opinion, laws were put in place to keep black and minorities in line they were never governed for the whites. I believe that critique of liberalism, which stems from the idea of colorblindness, is one of the tenets that play a part in the adversity amongst African Americans and police officers. Recent cases show this tenet to be true. For example all these African Americans were murdered by the hands of a white man: Sandra Bland who was pulled over by a white cop, taken into jail
