For years, there has been the common, cruel stereotypes that have been well known, acknowledged and believed by many Americans in our society today. For years, there has been the lack of acknowledgement and cruelty against an over generalized religion. This is taking place because of something a small group of religious extremists have done in the past, and continue to do. I’m talking about the one and only Islam.
In our supposed, “free” country, Islam has been awfully treated against, terrorized and dehumanized. People, who practise and believe in their own religion have been treated as if they’re lower than us, or if they’re some kind of monsters. They’re not violent all violent; that’s like saying all dogs are blue. It’s just not true. You can’t believe what some of these privileged, crazy Christians say. The amount of hypocrisy and hate they face is overwhelming.
I, am not of any religious faith. I don’t pray, I don’t practise any religion. And that’s what’s weird about it. I’m not religious at ALL, and I know what’s going on today is just unfair, tormenting and down right WRONG.

As I’ve stated before, Islam in our day, age and society has faced an unwelcoming lack of acknowledgement. To be frank, I don’t expect people of a non-Muslim faith or descent to really know a lot about Islam. If Islam isn’t your cup of tea, fine. But that doesn’t mean that we can simply ignore their traditions. We can’t ignore Islam as a whole.
September 12th is an important holiday to people who practise Islamic traditions. Eid Al-Ahda is the day when Muslims start their fasting.
Now, think back. September 12, 2016. That was a Monday. You still had to go to school/work. And so did Muslims.
But that’s okay, right? Just because it’s an important religious holiday to ⅓ of our world’s population, doesn’t mean we have to just ignore
