On Tuesday, May 8, 2018, CSR Michelle Sadler took five dollars from department funds and gave the money to CSR Stephanie Hemphill. CSR Sadler chose not to seek guidance or instructions from her immediate supervisor prior to taking the alleged inappropriate action.
INVESTIGATION
The investigation revealed that CSR Sadler admitted to giving the money back to CSR Hemphill. CSR Sadler states that she realized later on that evening after communicating with Lead CSR Nicole Howard that she should not have returned the money, and should have sought assistance with the discrepancy.
