Since the storm is expected to reach land in the next couple of days it will not have the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico to develop into a defined storm. Opinion:

The good thing to it is that Brownsville will be getting some water. The land has been dried. Water can help the city. The bad thing is that brownsville might get a tropical storm. It might get evaluations from places.

It's bad that they don't do a security in the hospitals. Any person can get it and hurt people. There should be security 24/7 around the hospital and make sure every patient is safe. Worst things could of happened to the child or the wife. The good thing is that he didn't hurt anyone else.
